Selective by design
Aura is deliberately hard to join. Advisors are selected for character and coachability, then developed inside a structured system with senior mentors who review their work daily. Growth here is earned through demonstrated standards — never assumed.
“We would rather develop ten exceptional advisors than hire a hundred average ones.”
Why our advisors are trained differently
Before an Aura advisor ever sits with a family, they complete the Aura University — our in-house development program. It exists for one reason: so the advice you receive is disciplined, current, and consistent, no matter which advisor delivers it.
A structured curriculum
A defined body of coursework covering protection, savings, tax-advantaged accounts, retirement, and estate fundamentals — completed before client work begins.
Defined milestones
Progress is measured against explicit checkpoints. Advisors advance when they demonstrate the standard — not when a calendar says so.
AI-powered systems
Advisors train and practice with AI-driven planning and preparation tools, then bring those systems into client work — less admin, sharper analysis, more attention on you.
Direct mentorship
Every advisor is mentored directly by senior, high-producing advisors who review live client work. Experience transfers by apprenticeship, not by handbook.

What we hold ourselves to
Professionalism
Prepared for every meeting, precise in every recommendation, accountable for every outcome. Clients notice the difference in the first conversation.
Character over resume
We select for integrity, discipline, and coachability — qualities no credential can substitute for — then build the expertise on top.
Ongoing development
Development doesn’t end at graduation. Advisors train continuously as markets, tax rules, and client needs evolve.
We selectively develop new advisors through the Aura Advisory Program. Candidacy is by invitation.
